Where to Elope + Adventure

On the phone we may have talked about some ideas for your elopement. Before our timeline call look over where you can have your ceremony and see where you lean towards so we can chat about it more!

Arches National Park

Arches National Park is a popular place to elope. It offers a bunch of arches to explore, accessible ceremony locations, and you can hike or Jeep to some more private spots.

A ceremony permit is necessary and I can help you with the application process. Permits cost $385 and there are designated ceremony spots. Depending on the month you may need to get entry tickets for an hour slot if you are not having your ceremony here.

Canyonlands National Park

Canyonlands offers epic views of the Colorado River and is often an overlooked park to get married in. You can even venture into The Needles district if you are looking to off road or have more privacy.

A ceremony permit is necessary and I can help you with the application process. Permits cost $385 and there are designated ceremony spots.

Dead Hose Point

Dead Horse Point is a great ceremony and adventure location whether it’s you two or a group. Dead Horse is perfect for hiking and mountain biking and offers a really beautiful sunset!

They have designated ceremony spots and a permit application. The permit is just $60.

Moab BLM

This covers a lot of locations from Castle Valley, to Corona Arch, to Marlboro Point. These locations are ideal if you are looking to Jeep on your day, have a longer hike, and get away from potential crowds.

Ceremony permits are not needed for these locations, you will just have to submit a letter that I’ll help you with!

Ideas for Your Elopement Day

Moab offers some truly unique adventures. Here are some experiences you can have (sometimes with a guide) to explore more of this wonderful desert and to give yourself a memorable adventure that you deserve!

The key is to pick a few activities so you’re day doesn’t feel rushed. If you see yourself wanting to go on multiple adventures, a multi day elopement may be right for you!
